MAVEX-REKORD Railway Vehicle and Component Manufacturer, Dealer and Real Estate Lessor was established in 1994 as MAV-REKORD Ltd. It’s using its recent name since 1998.
The main activities of MAVEX-REKORD Ltd are manufacturing, repairing and selling rail-guided vehicles and its components; renting railway wehicles; selling railway construcion materials; dealing and leasing real estate; project coordinating; technical and engineering consultancy.
The business partners of MAVEX-REKORD Ltd are the leading companies of railway and machine industry in Europe. The company stands for many carriage factories and railway component manufacturers in Hungary, and sells several european factories products as well. The main areas of the operations are in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.
Our most important business partners in Hungary are the MÁV Zrt, the MÁV Gépészet Zrt, the MÁV Trakció Zrt, the MÁV Járműjavító Kft, the Operation Managements of BKV Zrt Subway, Local train, Tram and Trolley-bus divisions, the BKV Vasúti Járműjavító Szolgáltató Kft, the GYSEV Zrt, and the private railways, as well as the traffic corporations of Debrecen, Miskolc and Szeged.
MAVEX-REKORD Ltd owns the former Porcelain and Electronic Components Manufacturer Company of Kőbánya. We have the technical requirements for the manufacture of porcelain and technical ceramic parts, including fuse manufacturing. We have a significant production and real estate background.
MAVEX-REKORD Ltd operates a quality control system according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2008 certified by CERTOP Ltd.
